- 指一個人能夠根據 環境、情況、文化同場合，作出合適判斷同反應嘅能力

- Crystallised intelligence, Acculturation knowledge
- 意思係如果一個人有contextual intelligence並不夠，佢要有Interpersonal intelligence，咁先可以有能力interact or relate to them 去 gain access to the kind of knowledge and experience，contextual intelligence令佢知道whom to seek out for knowledge or support，而呢種later既career transitions特別有用，因為the role and responsibilities of individuals often encompassed the development and direction of their institution rather than just their own career.
- earlier career transition: learning how to manage oneself in relationship to one's domain, later stage: how to manage one's field in relationship to oneself.

setting goals, becoming immersed in the activity, pay attention to what is happening, learning to enjoy the immediate experience.
